A bug, a slowdown, an unfair boss or an idea: open a ticket (a free GitHub account is enough). We usually answer within a few days. If you play the beta, you can also send feedback from TestFlight: take a screenshot in the game, then tap "Share Beta Feedback".

For a bug, please tell us your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, the dungeon and when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot. Don't write anything personal in a ticket: it is public.

Frequently asked questions

How do I install the beta?

Open the TestFlight link on your iPhone or iPad, install TestFlight if asked, then tap Accept and Install. Updates then arrive on their own.

Do I need an account or a connection?

Not to play alone: solo works offline, with no account. You only need a connection to play with friends.

Is the game in English?

Not yet: the game is in French. The controls are simple and the mechanics are color-coded (red: get out, gold: stack, purple: interrupt), but the dialogue and the story are in French.

How do I play with a friend?

In the tavern, go to the party table and tap « Jouer avec un ami » (Play with a friend): share the link or the four-letter code. Your friend enters the code in the same place, or opens the link on their iPhone.

My phone gets hot or the game stutters.

Wipe! is a demanding 3D game. Close other apps and make sure Low Power Mode is off. If it continues, open a ticket with your device model.
